Making A Purchase/Payment
Payment: Transaction Currency is US Dollar.

Invoices are sent with a secure payment link via Stripe. Credit cards are charged then ordrs are ready to ship within 2 days.

Payment options accepted:
Checks in US Dollars drawn on a US Bank or by bank wire transfer into the WRP bank account, the details provided on request. Bank convenience fees are charged at 5.6% and Wire Transfer fees are $28.00 per transaction.

ORDERS are not charged until product(s) are shipped. Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Orders may be cancel up to the date of shipment.

Credit Card Security - Invoice with secure payment link is sent via Stripe.

Privacy Policy
WRP does not disclose customer's information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Data collected by WRP is used to: Take and fulfill customer orders.

Taxes
WRP charges 5% Colorado tax for all Colorado orders unless a tax exempt number is provided. For all orders shipping to Canada, a Canadian GST Tax of 5% will be added unless a tax exempt number is provided. For all countries: Any item for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

Price and availability of titles
WRP cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; credit cards are charged via secure link from Stripe. Even though every effort is made to ensure accuracy of prices and availability of the titles featured on WRP’s website, this cannot be guaranteed and price and availability information may change without notice. However, WRP will notify you prior to processing any order if there are any changes.

Delivery policy
See also Shipping and Handling. Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 days and if requested, delivery confirmation by way of email notification. All domestic orders are shipped cheapest rate possible unless otherwise requested or due to shorter delivery time. International orders are shipped the cheapest method possible, usually through the US Postal Service by Priority Mail or Global Express. Costs are based on the weight of the item. WRP will notify you if there is a problem. All invoices are included in the shipment with credit card receipts – no credit card numbers are shown on the receipt nor on any label. When possible, for most orders copies of paid invoices are sent via email.

Shipping and Handling
Our shipping costs vary according to the weight of the book(s) you order. Mailing and handling costs are subject to increase without notice. General shipping information:

USA - most merchandize in the US ships via US Postal Service or United Parcel Service, ground, unless requested otherwise or due to quicker delivery. Rate: (UPS delivery 5-8 days): If requested, we will notify you by email shipping charges before we mail your order.

CANADA (Global Priority): Rates are subject to US Post Office prices. We will notify you if your order will ship at a higher cost due to weight and size.

International Orders: Rates are subject to US Post Office prices. Orders are shipped by Priority Mail – delivery as per US Post Office regulations. We will notify you if your order will ship at a higher cost due to weight and size.

For some oversized and heavier books, WRP will send you an email detailing shipping costs.

Return and Refunds policy
Please note that returns will be accepted for credit 14 days from date of invoice. WRP will not accept software that has been removed from its packaging. For resellers – returns are accepted in resalable condition subject to approval from WRP. For returns that number more than 5 copies, WRP charges a 5% restocking and administration fee. Large orders are printed on demand and only a certain percentage will be accepted for return - you will be notifying prior to order being shipped how many copies may be returned. All returns must be accompanied by invoice numbers and dates. Books received without such documentation will not be accepted.

If the fault is ours (for example, if a printing error occurs or the wrong title has been dispatched), we will either replace the item or provide a full financial refund and we will also refund the return postage fee. If the fault is not ours, and the item is returned in the original new condition, we will refund the purchase price of the item but you will remain responsible for all postage charges. We reserve the right not to make refunds on items returned in less than pristine condition where the fault is not ours. For Resellers: Books should be returned in mint, re-saleable condition with price stickers, prices etc. removed. Stickered books will not be credited. If the order is cancelled before being shipped, the full amount of the cost will be refunded. Large orders are printed on demand and only a certain percentage will be accepted for return - you will be notifying prior to order being shipped how many copies may be returned.

Inquiries and Claims
WRP will try and address all inquires/claims/requests in a timely manner. However, due to personnel or time restrictions sometimes it may take 5-10 days to process.

Risk of loss
All items purchased through WRP or purchased via phone, email or in-person for shipment from Water Resources Publications, LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Product descriptions
WRP attempts to provide informative book, CD and product descriptions on respective websites but does not warrant them as accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

Links to third party web sites
WRP’s website may include links to third party Internet websites which are controlled and maintained by others. These links are included solely for the convenience of users and do not constitute any endorsement by WRP of the sites linked or referred to, nor does WRP have any control over the content of any such sites.

Policy modification and severability
WRP reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
